INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Lemon
  • ½ oz chia seeds
  • 1 avocado

PROCEDURE

  • Squeeze lemon juice into a small glass
  • Soak chia seeds in lemon juice, let them soak for 15 minutes
  • Peal the avocado, cut it in small squares and mash it with a fork
  • Add the lemon with Chia seeds
  • Add salt to taste (if you so desire). Salt in large quantities can be unhealthy, so try and keep the salt intake low. A bit of salt, does help keep your body hydrated.
  • Serve with carrot or celery sticks for a healty snack, or with tortilla or bread chips for a fun snack
