Ingredients
- 1 Sweet Potato
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ oz or 15 grams of Sana Chia seeds
- Salt
- Pepper
- Italian Herbs (oregano, thyme and basil) or topping of choice (curry, chipotle, chilli, etc)
Procedure
- Peal the Sweet Potato
- Cut the sweet potato in small squares
- Add 3 tbsp olive oil to the potato squares
- Grind the ½ oz of Sana Chia seeds
- Add Salt, Pepper and Italian herbs of choice to ground chia seeds
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
- Place in oven for 30 minutes
- After the first 15 minutes of cooking stir the potato cubes with the dry mix so that a different side of the cubes is exposed to the oven heat, and also to allow for better herb coverage
- When finished cooking, allow for the potato cubes to cool down for 3 minutes before tasting and enjoying!
