INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 slice of whole wheat bread
  • Honey (organic)
  • ½ oz Sana Chia seeds

PRO TIP: Substitute the whole wheat bread with crisp bread and conventional peanut butter with dried peanut butter to lower the calorie count and gluten level.

PROCEDURE

  • Toast the whole wheat bread slice (don’t toast crisp bread)
  • Spread the peanut butter over the whole wheat bread
  • If you are using dried peanut butter, mix 3 parts of it with 2 parts of water to get a nice creamy consistency
  • Slice the banana and place slices over the peanut butter
  • Add organic honey to your tasting
  • Sprinkle Sana Chia seeds on top
  • Enjoy!
