Very Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of strawberries
  • 1/3 cup of blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 15 grams or ½ oz of Sana Chia seeds
  • 1 cup of almond milk or skimmed milk (low fat milk)

Procedure

  • Chop the strawberries and blueberries into small pieces
  • Peel the banana and slice it
  • Place all the ingredients with Sana Chia seeds in a blender and blend until soft and smooth
  • This will make about 2 cups of smoothie! A great breakfast!
