Ingredients (for 400ml):
- 25g Sana Chia seeds, 50ml Water, 350ml coconut milk
Put 5 tea spoons (25g) of Sana Chia seeds in a glass, add 25ml water and stir. When the chia seeds soaked up the water, add another 25ml and stir. Now add 350ml coconut milk and stir again.
Keep the chia seed coconut milk in a refrigerator for 3 to 6 hours for best results.
Consume within 2 days. Keep refrigerated.
Before adding chia seeds to any liquid, hydrate the seeds firs. Add two parts of water to one part of chia seeds. The hydration process is quicker if the water is added over time while stirring.
