Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 30g Sana Chia seeds
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1tbsp finely grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp thin honey
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • coriander
  • 1 piece of spicy red chili

Instructions:
Put the chia seeds into a pan and fry them at medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes until a nutty roast smell is emitted. Let the roasted chia seeds cool down for 10 minutes. Add the lime juice, ginger, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce and rice wine vinegar into a bowl and stir well. Then pick some coriander to pieces, cut some chili stripes and add them to the dressing. Add the chia seeds, sea salt and lemon zest right before applying the dressing to the meal.

Tip:
Chia seeds add a lot of nutrition to your meal, however, they do not make your meal healthy.
