Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • 1 celery stick cut in small cubes
  • 1 kale leaf
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup of carrot peeled and cut into cubes
  • ½ oz or 15 grams of Sana Chia seeds

Procedure

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or juicer and Juice it! You can add ½ cup of water if needed to allow for the blender to juice the mix.
  • Serve and drink
