- 1/2 cup of pre-made Hummus (hummus is a mixture of lemon juice, crushed canned garbanzo beans also known as white chickpeas and olive oil, made into a smooth and delicious paste in a blender)
- 1/2 oz Chia seeds
- Stir in Chia seeds with hummus and serve with bread chips
- Good for one person
- You can make a larger portion by adding more chia to a larger amount of hummus.
