Ingredientes

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 oz Sana Chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt (or normal yogurt)
  • 3 egg whites
  • dash of vanilla
  • toppings of choice: honey, maple syrup, chocolate chips, nuts or fruits. (remember to use healthy toppings for your pancakes to keep the recipe healthy)

Procedure

  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl with Sana Chia seeds
  • Stir in the yogurt, the egg whites, and the vanilla until the mixture becomes soft and even
  • Heat skillet and spray surface with olive oil to avoid the pancake mix to stick to the hot surface
  • Turn the pancake as soon as you see air bubbles forming on the surface of the pancake
  • When turned, check for the pancake mix to be fully cooked
  • Let the turned pancake cook
  • Remove and allow for the pancake to cool down
  • Makes aprox 5, small, 4 inch pancakes, good for one person to eat for breakfast (depending on the toppings, it may feed two!)
