Sana Chia with Almond Milk

Add two and a half tea spoons of Sana Chia (this is about 15 grams of chia, or ½ an ounce) to a small glass of almond milk (with 3 to 4 ounces of milk) and stir until most chia seeds are wet. Leave the mixture overnight in your refrigerator. Next morning, you will have an almond milk pudding. Add to this pudding a sprinkle of cinnamon or nut meg, some chopped almonds and get ready for a super nutritious and delicious breakfast, with very few calories.
