Superfood Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 Kale leaves
  • 4 Spinach leave
  • 2 Lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp of cooked quinoa (cold)
  • ½ oz or 15 grams of Sana Chia seeds
  • ½ cup of cherry tomatoes
  • Precooked Chicken or meat of choice cut to pieces and cold (a single chiken breast, or a steak the size of a deck of cards should be used)

Procedure

  • Add kale, spinach and lettuce in a bowl, cut them to an edible size and mix
  • Top with 2 tbsp Quinoa, ½ oz Sana Chia seeds, chopped cherry tomatoes and chicken or meat of choice
