Sweet Black Sesame Soup

Ingredients (for 3-4 servings):

  • 100g Sana Chia seeds
  • 150g black sesame seeds
  • 50g white sesame seeds
  • 50g rice
  • 50ml milk
  • brown rock sugar

Instructions:
Put the chia seeds, black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds and rice into a pan and fry them at medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes until a nutty roast smell is emitted and the white sesame seeds adapt a brown color. Add the roasted seeds to a blender and blend for 10 minutes until a thick soupy consistency. Add milk for smoothness and rock sugar for sweetness to your liking

Tip:
Since chia seeds are tasteless, it is an easy way to add high nutritional values to your favorite meal without changing its taste.
