Zuccini Pizza Boats!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 zucchini
  • 6 tbsp Pizza sauce of your choice (We used Prego spaghetti sauce)
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Topping of choice (Tomatoes, ham, mushrooms, pepperoni)
  • Italian herb mix (oregano, thyme and basil)
  • ½ oz or 15 grams of Sana Chia seeds

PROCEDURE

  • Cut the zucchini length wise
  • Carve the zucchini with the spoon so that you remove all the seeds and leave an opening in the center of the zucchini half of about 1cm wide to place the ingredients in it
  • In a separate bowl, mix ½ oz chia with 6tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • Add 3 tbsp Chia-Pizza Sauce in one zucchini half, and 3 in the other
  • Top both with mozzarella cheese and the topping of your choice
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
  • Place the zucchini in the oven for 15 minutes
